Anyone can chop up the ingredients necessary to make a Green salad. Tomatoes, peperoncini, cucumbers, kalamatas and some Romaine lettuce? A few whacks of the blade, sprinkle on some feta cheese and you’re good to go.

But a good Greek salad relies on a good Greek Dressing to mingle all those flavors together. But a great Greek salad? That’s a salad that gets paired with a pair of kofta-style lamb kebabs. That’s how we do it at Clyde’s.
