If you’re coming to Clyde’s, you’re likely coming for steak. And we serve lots of it. In addition to offering tenderloins and our famed prime rib, we also offer ribeyes that come in 8-, 12- and 16-ounce cuts. Each one is char-grilled to your preferred temperature and then finished off with a brushing of Wagyu tallow. Each cut is also served with your choice of mashed potatoes, a loaded baked potato or hand-cut French fries, plus whatever vegetable’s in season. Come for the steak, and then work it off by sticking around for the live nightly music and the dancing.
